Hoa Sua hotel also called the Baguette and Chocolate Hotel is a part of the Hoa Sua Vocational Training School for disadvantaged youth based in Hanoi. The Hoa Sua is located in the town centre, about a five-minute walk from Sapa church and craft market.

Hoa Sua hotel is created based on the special project that was developed to train the youth of the hill tribe minority in Sapa and Lao Cai. It is obsenibly a café in French colonial architecture that has 4 select rooms above for training staff in hotel management.

The four rooms include two twin and two double superiors. Rooms are spacious with good views of Sapa town and Fansipan Mountain. The rooms are designed in French colonial style and equipped the basic conveniences such as private bathroom with hot shower, IDD telephone, Minibar, Wardrobe, coffee/tea facilities, daily newspaper and mosquito net. There is a fan in summer and a heater in winter.

The hotel has a restaurant of the same name offering famous French cakes including baguettes, croissants, etc. The restaurant also features Vietnamese dishes, especially the local specialities.

Established in 1994 as a non-profit vocational training school in Hanoi, Hoa Sua School offers vocational training to only disadvantaged youths, including children of war invalids, orphans and street kids, children from poor families living in poverty, and speech and hearing impaired youths. The hope is to provide the opportunities for the disadvantaged kids a chance for vocational training and steer them away from panhandling or street-related, short-term jobs. Many are trained and go on the take up jobs with large hotels and restaurants all around Vietnam.
