Built in 1998, the five-storey Harbour View hotel is conveniently located at the edge of Haiphong's dowtown. It's within the walking distance of all major activities and close to the departure pier for Catba and Halong Bay. The hotel is in the French colonial-styled architecture with a central courtyard.

The Harbour View hotel offers 122 spacious guest rooms and suites with courtyard or city view. All rooms are well designed with rich teak wood furnishings.

Excellent meals and breakfast buffet are served at the hotel. Staff are pleasant and competent.
