Built in 2004, the five-storey Majestic Salute hotel is located north of the main action in the Old Quarter, with entrances onto both Hang Duong, a street that night market takes place every night from 7pm to 11pm, and Cha Ca Street (near the popular restaurant Cha Ca La Vong, a Hanoi institution).

The Majestic Salute hotel has 38 rooms being well-appointed and well designed. Double-glazed windows throughtout the hotel make rooms quite quiet.

Majestic restaurant located on the fifth floor offers a decent menu combining international and Asian dishes. It is the lighthearted atmosphere restaurant with a magnificent view of the Old Quarter. Orchid Café on the ground floor offers live music and variety of entertainment.
