The hotel is within an easy walking distance to all of Hue tourist attractions. Built in 1901 by the French businessman, Mr. Morin, this architecture of colonial style lived up to its former reputation as the choice of celebrities, intrepid adventurers and discriminating businessman. The biggest renovation took place in 1998 restoring the hotel to its former glory. In 2003, one more floor was added with 53 rooms. The hotel's attractive feature is a large courtyard around a tropical garden and pool area with dining. The Saigon Morin Hotel offers 180 guest rooms, all with outside balcony and main doors facing landscaped garden. Rooms are spacious and well-equipped. Morin Restaurant features a wide range of European, Asian and Vietnamese specialties. Royal Cuisine Restaurant is typically decorated in traditional royal style, specializing in the Royal Feast banquet with traditional music upon request.
