Very nice English speaking guides. Hotels very good etc. One little comment about Dalat, this is a very nice hotel with quit a big room nice garden but they have bad beds. That was a pity. For only one night it was oke. The guides/drivers were always on time, never 1 minute too late. (always 15 min before as agreed, super !!!!) Huong we can only say thank you. About Vietnam. It is a nice country with very good food nice weather, very nice people and a lot of scooters Very impressive underground tunnels located in the Cu Chi district. We like it all. The itinerary you organised all worked well, including the rearrangements you made for our Halong Bay cruise. The alternative junk cruise was great. Our guide, Ha, and driver Twan were excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Our only regret is that we did not have more time. Maybe next time! All of our accommodation was very comfortable and the staff, particularly at the Lucky Hotel in the Old Quarter, were helpful and friendly.The homestay at Mai Chau was fine, more like a lodge than a homestay, and we met other travellers staying there. We will certainly recommend you and your company to anyone thinking of a Vietnam holiday. It was nice to meet you in Hanoi. Thanks again to you and your staff. The driver that accompanied Mr. Trang was excellent -- he was very skillful, and also very courteous. The Grand Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City was solid. Service was good, and breakfast was decent In Laos, Mr. Peang gave us an excellent perspective of Laos and Luang Prabang. He used to be a monk himself, so he was able to share a perspective that I don't think we would have had w/out someone w/ Mr. Peang's background and experience. We appreciate how gracious and generous Mr. Peang was in sharing his experiences and information about Laos and Luang Prabang. Mr. Peang was also very helpful w/ navigating Luang Prabang in general -- I needed to find an Internet Cafe where I could plug in my laptop, and he was able to recommend a place. He also had solid recommendations for snacks restaurants! The driver that accompanied Mr. Peang was also very skillful and courteous. The Grand Luang Prabang Hotel was solid -- beautiful new pool -- the air conditioning did not work so well though, but the breakfast was also decent. In terms of the the other driver, they were all prompt and safe -- and we had no difficulties finding them. In terms of your service, Van, your customer service is really, really incredible. One of the reasons I decided to book w/ you instead of Handspan for everything is b/c of how prompt you are -- and how you really, really pay attention to details. I'm so grateful for your enthusiasm and dedication to your customers -- our trip was so smooth, and we have you to thank for that! Please feel free to use me as a reference in the future.
