Dear Van, 

as promised, I would like to give you some comments about the nice trip we had during our stay in Vietnam. 
Our arrival was planned perfectly. The promised pick-up was were we expected it to be.

City tour was also a nice experience., and we enjoyed Saigon quit well.

Although we saw a lot of people at the reception having problems with the hotel in Saigon, we honestly could not complain
(Elios). It was situated just perfect. And the rest was just perfect.

The trip to Mekong and the Hotel in Can Tho (Kim Tho Hotel) was also very good.

The stay at the cat tien national park was a bit disapointing. As you propably know, the accomodation isn´t that what somebody expects. We stayed at the accomodation at the park entry, honestly the accomodation at the lake can´t be offered to anybody. In any case, the trip to the park was something we have asked for.

One of the highlights is ofcourse Dalat, with the perfect hotel (Sammy).  

For the retaurants, it was just perfect. We had the chance to eat various dishes which we wouldn´t have ordered if we would do that by ourselves. 

The bus & driver also a 100%. I felt very safe with the driver.  

We also enjoyed our trip with Mr. Sang. He was a good help for explaining us the details in english. He took good care of us. I always would recommend him again.

What I missed were some more historical details/facts about the attractions, about vietnam, the people etc. But we helped ourselves with our little booklet
we had about vietnam. 

All in all it was an enjoyable vacation, which we only realized after we were back in germany. I also was very glad that everything worked fine (hotel, trip, payment, reservation).

The hotel (Amaryllis) was one of the best hotels I ever have booked.
Last but not least, the way you took care about everything, was more than perfect !! 

So thanks again, and hopefully we will make it again to vietnam. And I know who I will contact.

Dear Van,

My trip to Vietnam was fantastic and clearly this would not have been possible if it were not for your help.

As you are aware, I was a bit nervous booking with you at first since I could find little in the blogs on your company. Your responsiveness, your patience in answering my hundreds of questions, and your attention to all my details and the ability to customize a solo trip ultimately made me feel comfortable booking with you.  I clearly made the right choice.

Your welcome dinner at such a lovely restaurant in a lovely French colonial home was delightful. And the welcome gift was soo thoughtful, I can't tell you how much I appreciated those kind gestures.

The hotels, restaurants and tours were top notch in outstanding locations. I loved them all and would stay at them again. Your tour guides were the best, all spoke great English and were very willing to be flexible if you wanted to see something extra or change the itinerary. They were very friendly and I enjoyed getting to know all of them. The cars and drivers were also excellent, very nice and safe vehicles (they all had seat-belts and with very good air conditioners) and they all drove very safely. They were excellent drivers. 

I would highly recommend anyone to book with you and your company, particularly, if they are looking for great personalized service. Speaking of service, I have to thank you again, Van, for going out and doing some shopping for me in Hanoi after I had already departed the area to pick up some additional gifts that I could find in the south. Thanks for picking them up and shipping them in time to my hotel in the south so I could get them before I left Vietnam.

I love the country, the food and most of all the people.

Hi Van,

Mr. Trang was wonderful.  Not only was he courteous, but he was very knowledgeable, and also had a great sense of humor!  The driver that accompanied Mr. Trang was excellent -- he was very skillful, and also very courteous.

The Grand Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City was solid.  Service was good, and breakfast was decent In Laos, Mr. Peang gave us an excellent perspective of Laos and Luang Prabang.  He used to be a monk himself, so he was able to share a perspective that I don't think we would have had w/out someone w/ Mr. Peang's background and experience.   We appreciate how gracious and generous Mr. Peang was in sharing his experiences and information about Laos and Luang Prabang.  Mr. Peang was also very helpful w/ navigating Luang Prabang in general -- I needed to find an Internet Cafe where I could plug in my laptop, and he was able to recommend a
place. He also had solid recommendations for snacks restaurants!   The driver that accompanied Mr. Peang was also very skillful and
courteous.

The Grand Luang Prabang Hotel was solid -- beautiful new pool -- the air conditioning did not work so well though, but the breakfast was also decent.

In terms of the the other driver, they were all prompt and safe -- and we had no difficulties finding them.

In terms of your service, Van, your customer service is really, really incredible.  One of the reasons I decided to book w/ you instead of Handspan for everything is b/c of how prompt you are -- and how you really, really pay attention to details.  I'm so grateful for your enthusiasm and dedication to your customers -- our trip was so smooth, and we have you to thank for that!
